The second series of concerts called Everything Must Change – A musical journey from where we have come to where we are going, featuring the Glenn Robertson Jazz Band, starts with a show on Saturday March 25 at the Nassau Auditorium, at Groote Schuur High School in Newlands, at 6pm.
The first season of concerts put emphasis on change after a series of setbacks saw the Kaleidoscope venue in Claremont close in 2020 due to the pandemic and Pastor of Kaleidoscope, Glenn Robertson, suffer a stroke right at the beginning of lockdown.
The Everything Must Change concerts have been hosted since July last year with Robertson, who has recovered, a part of the show.
This time round the concert will emphasise the message of love. One of the songs in the repertoire is What the World Needs Now by Burt Bacharach who passed away recently.
