Uncover opens at Norval Foundation

Artist Kamyar Bineshtarigh’s latest exhibition, Uncover, opened at the Norval Foundation, in Tokai, on Friday July 23 and runs until Monday October 10.

Born in Iran and now living in Green Point, Mr Bineshtarigh graduated from the Michaelis School of Fine Art, UCT and received a Diploma in Fine Art at Ruth Prowse School of Art in 2019 where he also won the Ruth Prowse Award for his body of work, An Exhaustive Catalogue of Texts.

Kamyar Bineshtarigh’s Uncover is presented alongside current exhibitions, When Rain Clouds Gather: Black South African Woman Artists, 1940—2000 and The Zanzibari Years: Irma Stern.
