Many Capetonians shake their heads at the role the DA has played in the water saga.
Still, I cannot see many DA voters opting for another party when the next municipal elections come around; maybe some will stay away from the ballot
box.
It would just take a little googling to acquaint oneself with the smaller parties in the City Council and their performance in the chamber.
It might be a first step in the right direction if the DA could be forced into a coalition with a party that is less contemptuous of Capetonians in general and its own voters in particular.
