Help for Telkom woes

Regarding the letters in the Atlantic Sun on July 4 (“Telkom Trolley responses”) I was surprised that most of the writers received good service from Telkom.

My own negative experience with Telkom was that of William J of Vredehoek- enough to drive any sane person to road rage!

I subsequently learnt of a Telkom office called the “Escalation Centre”. Send them an email at in which you set out your problems. They endeavour to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve your complaint within 14 days.

I had my billing issues resolved in three days.
