In the early mornings I walk along High Level and down St Johns roads and am horrified to see the huge amount of rubbish, debris, especially torn paper left along the roads and adjacent to the sidewalks after cleansing services have done their route.
I haven’t inspected other areas but I assume they are equally affected.
Please could the councillors look into this matter and ensure that something is done about it.
I notice that dog owners are also leaving their packets of faeces along the road.
