Pupils showcased their love for Xhosa culture with performances of umxhentso (traditional dance) and umbongo (poetry) as well as a marimba band choir.

The Inkcubeko Yethu Society presented the IsiXhosa Cultural Evening at Camps Bay High School. The evening featured students from Camps Bay, Wynberg, Herschel, SACS, Rondebosch Boys’, Plumstead, Claremont, St Cyprian’s, Rustenburg, Westerford and Groote Schuur, who showcased their love for Xhosa culture with performances of umxhentso (traditional dance) and umbongo (poetry) as well as a marimba band choir.
