Reggie Donninger, Three Anchor Bay
On Sunday August 28 I did the annual Blisters for Bread walk, but unfortunately at Saunders Beach I had a nasty fall.
My sincere thanks go to the Lions marshall who called for medical assistance, the traffic police who were there also and the paramedics who attended to my injuries.
My eternal gratitude, however, goes to the young lady whose name I think is Asmah, who took care of me and stayed with me through this ordeal.
She even slowed her walking pace to accommodate me and saw me to the finish.
Asmah, I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and consideration you showed to a total stranger.
