Referring to the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry letter “Overvalued properties” (Atlantic Sun, April 4), the fact that the City of Cape Town changed the valuation cycle from five years, then to four and now to three years is plain exploitation, corruption, illegal, job creation that’s unfair towards ratepayers, wasting our time with repeated valuations objections.
It is “expropriation without compensation” anyway and total corruption.
Ian Neilson and his cohorts are wasting our time and making a nuisance of themselves just like Patricia de Lille, the former mayor.
