South Africa — Cape Town – An IEC official explains the voting process at the voting station at the Panorama Palms Retirement Village in where the elderly and those pregnant can cast the special votes ahead of voting day. Today is the last day of the special votes throughout the country. The elderly, pregnant women and those who won’t be able to visit voting stations tomorrow, are voting. South Africa is voting in its sixth general elections. Tomorrow is official voting day which is a public holiday. Voting stations will open from 7am to 9pm.
