Yachtsmen and women were among the many who made the most of the sunny, but slightly windy weekend weather as they took part in Milnerton Aquatic Club’s first official regatta, following the six-month lockdown. For those who gathered at Rietvlei, the sight of the  fleet getting ready near the start for Saturday’s race one, signalled the beginning of a good day of racing.
