Cape Town Central police arrested three men for a housebreaking in Prestwich Street on Sunday January 3 during crime prevention patrols.
Police spokesperson Captain Ezra October said the resident was asleep with his window open and when he woke up he noticed that his computer equipment and cellphones were stolen.
“Police, with the assistance of the Green Point City Improvement District, followed up information and arrested the three suspects in the nearby vicinity.”
