Police are investigating after the decomposed body of a baby was found washed up on a Clifton beach, the National Sea Rescue Institute said in a statement.
The unidentified infant’s body was taken into the care of the police and forensic pathology services after it was found by a member of the public on Clifton’s 3rd Beach on Saturday, said the NSRI statement.
