Founders of urban design studio Limbo Accra in America, Dominique and Emil Petit-Frère

Blok Developers held a launch party for its 16th development, called ONEHUNDRED ON M at Landscape Art Garden Centre on Thursday May 4.

Sixty-four percent of the properties are already sold, despite the development only expecting to be complete in mid-2025.

The seven-storey, mixed use development, situated on the corner of Norfolk, Wisbeach and Main Road, Sea Point, will have retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor, with 92 apartments above it, consisting of 26 micro-apartments, 33 studios, and 19 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom apartments.
