■ Camps Bay High School pupils, Sebastian Byrnes and Drew Goldie have been involved in animal rescue for many years and have campaigned against canned lion hunting and the banning of animals in circuses. In July 2016 they were accepted into a volunteer programme at Emoya Big Cat Sanctuary in Limpopo where they spent a week caring for 33 lions, two Siberian tigers and other farm animals. On Friday June 28, they were invited by the Rotary Club of Sea Point to share their presentation of the time they spent at the sanctuary. Here Sebastianand Drew are pictured with outgoing Sea Point Rotary president, Christiana Delahaye.
