Rugby heroes

On Tuesday October 3, the City’s Mayco member for assets and facilities management, Stuart Diamond, welcomed the Springboks to the Cape Town Stadium for a training session ahead of their Rugby Championship match against the All Blacks on Saturday. Eben Etzebeth, captain of the Springboks, presented Mr Diamond with a signed rugby T-shirt, while coach Allister Coetzee thanked the City for hosting the Springbok squad at the venue.
