Two 16-year-old boys were stabbed when two groups of beach-goers clashed over a woman at Clifton Beach over the weekend.
Both victims were taken to Somerset Hospital and are in a stable condition.
Two knives were also confiscated.
Meanwhile, 100 bottles of alcohol were confiscated at Clifton beaches in Sea Point over the weekend.
One hundred and forty one fines were also issued in the general Sea Point area.
Authorities have again urged members of the public not to bring alcohol to the City’s beaches.
