A very diplomatic response from Palm Gardens (“Palm Gardens not as charming”, Atlantic Sun letters, August 10).
By avoiding any of the issues raised, it serves to obfuscate rather than clarify, and once again mislead the public.
There is not an iota of fabrication or exaggeration in my previous letter.
I speak only from my own horrendous experience and wish those who are seduced by their advertising all the best.
